Creole Tilapia Sandwiches
Looking for something lighter for lunch? Our tilapia sandwich, seasoned with Creole seasonings and topped with creamy avocado will hit the spot. A very nice flavor combination.

Ingredients
- 2 eight ounce tilapia fillets
- 1/2 small avocado, sliced
- 2 teaspoons Creole seasonings
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 2 light serving buns
- Spray oil
Cooking Directions
- Heat a saute pan to medium-high heat and spray lightly with oil.
- Season each tilapia fillet with 1 teaspoon of Creole seasoning. Rub it in for a fuller flavor.
- Add tilapia fillets and cook about 6 minutes.
- Flip tilapia fillets and cook about 1 more minute, then add white wine.
- Allow wine to reduce and continue cooking about 5 more minutes, or until the tilapia fillets are cooked through and white and flaky.
- Serve tilapia fillets over buns, topped with sliced avocado.
- Enjoy!
