Grilled Swordfish with Italian Horseradish Sauce

Because swordfish is so thick, it lends itself perfectly to grilling. Break out the vegetables for this recipe for a nice and healthy mixture. There are many low-fat brands available for both the horseradish sauce and the Italian dressing to keep this one nice and low calorie.
