Ingredients
- 1 pound prawns (about 8), peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt to taste
Cooking Directions
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, honey and seasoned salt.
- Add prawns and mix to coat well.
- Refrigerate to marinade about 1 hour minimum and up to 4 hours.
- Preheat grill to medium heat.
- Grill prawns about 4 minutes, then flip and brush with some of the marinade.
- Grill another 2 minutes, or until prawns are thoroughly cooked through.
- Serve with your favorite sauce!
