Shrimp Burritos
This shrimp recipe offers a Mexican flare, quite similar to what you'll find in more popular restaurants. One key is soaking the fresh cabbage in lime juice to infuse the vegetable slices with citrus flavor, which perfectly compliments succulent shrimp.

Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 ounces shredded cabbage
- ¼ cup lime juice
- 2 teaspoons taco seasoning
- ¼ cup water
- ½ white onion chopped
- Shredded cheese for topping
- 2 burrito-sized tortillas
Cooking Directions
- In a small bowl, soak cabbage in lime juice
- In a sauté pan, heat to medium and add shrimp, water and taco seasoning
- Cook about 3-4 minutes or until shrimp has turned pink and opaque
- Microwave the tortillas 30 seconds
- Distribute shrimp evenly between both shells
- Top with 2 ounces marinated cabbage, raw onion, cheese and other toppings of your choice
- Wrap and serve
