Salmon, Buffalo Style
I found the recipe for this buffalo sauce on a knock off web site and had to try it out on salmon. The result was delicious. I added a little bit too much garlic, though it turned out great. I've accounted for this in the ingredients listing. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 2 8-ounce salmon filets
- ¼ cup flour
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- ¼ cup hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- Oil for frying
Cooking Directions
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour with paprika and red pepper. Mix well.
- Coat salmon filets with flour mixture and refrigerate about 1 hour. This will help the flour stick.
- In a frying pan, add a few tablespoons olive oil and fry the coated salmon about 3-4 minutes per side, or until salmon is pink and cooked through.
- Prepare the sauce by adding hot sauce, garlic, and butter to a small sauce pan over low heat. Stir until ingredients combine.
- Pour buffalo sauce over salmon and serve!
