Halibut Filets with Lemon-Creole Sauce
You're sure to enjoy this meaty yet flakey fish, especially topped with our very light Lemon-Creole Sauce, which is low calorie and very easy to make. Serve with a side of vegetables for a healthy and well-rounded meal.

Ingredients
- 2 6-ounce halibut filets
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- ½ cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon corn starch
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped
- ½ teaspoon Creole seasoning
Cooking Directions
- Heat a frying pan to medium heat and add halibut filets.
- Season with chili powder and cover.
- Cook approximately 10 minutes or until halibut is cooked thoroughly through and is white and flakey.
- Meanwhile, prepare your sauce by adding lemon juice, corn starch, Creole seasoning and half of the cilantro to a sauce pan.
- Mix well and heat about 2 minutes.
- Serve the sauce over the halibut and top with remaining cilantro.
