Crab Meat Rollups
Crab meat rollups are an easy-to-make and very popular appetizer for parties or meal starters. You can use fresh crab or imitation crab meat with different, yet equally delicious results.
Ingredients
- 3 ounces crabmeat (fresh, canned, or imitation crab meat)
- 12 cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 1 tablespoon colored bell peppers, chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 package large flour tortillas
Cooking Directions
- In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients (except tortillas). Mix well. Mixture will be smooth and pink in color.
- Spoon about 1/4 cup of the mixture on each tortilla and spread evenly.
- Roll the tortillas and slice into rounds, about 1 inch thick each.
- Arrange and serve!
