Crab Legs with Garlic Butter Sauce
Here's a very simple way to prepare crab legs in a skillet. Steamed is the more traditional cooking method, but this works just as well and you'll coat the meat directly with your seasoned butter.
Ingredients
- 1 pound Snow Crab legs
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 bunch fresh parsley, rinsed and chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Directions
- Slit each crab shell lengthwise to expose the crab meat.
- In a skillet, add butter over low heat and melt.
- Add garlic, parsley, and seasonings to taste. Increase heat to medium and heat about 1 minute.
- Add crab legs and toss to coat.
- Simmer about 5-7 minutes, until crab legs are good and hot!
