Garlic Crab Artichoke Dip
This is a very popular party favorite. I can't remember the last family gathering without a delicious crab dip. Here is a basic recipe that you use to build on.
Ingredients
- 6 ounceds crab meat (1 can, drained)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 ounce powdered soup mix (try a garlic and mushroom soup mix)
- 14 ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 cup shredded cheese (Swiss works great)
Cooking Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large baking dish, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, soup mix, artichoke hearts, cheese and crab meat. Mix well.
- Bake uncovered 30 minutes.
- Serve!
