Chipotle Chilean Sea Bass Recipe
Chilean Sea Bass is difficult to come by in our area, so when we found it at the fresh seafood market in Topsail Island, NC, we had to have it that night.

Ingredients
- Two 8-ounce Chilean Sea Bass fillets
- 1 teaspoon chipotle seasonings
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minded
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Rub each fillet with olive oil, then season with chipotle, basil, garlic and salt and pepper.
- Bake for 12 minutes, or until fish is cooked through.
- Serve!
