Cajun Grouper Recipe
We picked up some fresh grouper from the local seafood market in Topsail Island, NC, and gave it some simple yet delicious seasonings and baked the fillets. Grouper is nice and flaky, something you're sure to enjoy.

Ingredients
- 2 8 ounce grouper fillets, skin on
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasonings
- 1 teaspoon red pepper
- 2 teaspoons garlic olive oil
- 2 teaspoons butter, melted
Cooking Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Slice a checkerboard pattern into the flesh side of the grouper fillets.
- Season each with Cajun and red pepper.
- Bake 12 minutes, or until fish is cooked through.
- Top each with butter and garlic olive oil.
- Serve!
